UFIT Security is aware of a phishing scam which includes a link to a fake webmail login page. Please delete/ignore this phishing message and share this alert with those who need to be made aware.

Any users who respond to this phishing attack by entering their UF username and password on the fake login web form should contact the UF Help Desk immediately for a password change and follow their compromised account response procedures.

Web Content Management (TerminalFour)

UFIT staff will perform maintenance for the Web Content Management (TerminalFour) system beginning on Saturday, December 10 at 6:00 AM. The maintenance window is expected to be completed by Saturday, December 10 at 10:00 AM.

The Web Content Management (WCM) system will not be available during this time.

UF Event Management System (EMS)
Maintenance Start - Friday, December 1st at 5:00 PM
Maintenance End - Monday, December 4th at 8:00 AM

UFIT staff will perform maintenance for UF Event Management System (EMS) beginning on Friday, December 1st at 5:00 PM. UF’s Event Management System will be unavailable campus wide as we conduct maintenance to upgrade the system. The EMS Software and platform will be upgraded from version 43.x to version 44.x. There will be an outage during this upgrade from the web tier as well as any local connections made by departments. The maintenance is expected to be completed by Monday, December 4th at 8:00 AM.

Data Center Infrastructure
Maintenance Start - Sunday, December 3rd at 6:00AM
Maintenance End - Sunday, December 3rd at 11:00AM

UFIT staff will perform maintenance for Data Center Infrastructure beginning on Sunday, December 3rd at 6:00AM. One leg of power for production systems will be moved onto the newly installed UPS2 "blue" power source to re-establish power diversity in the SSRB data center. Old circuits will be removed after migration. This work is not expected to be service affecting. The maintenance is expected to be completed by Sunday, December 3rd at 11:00AM.
