This outage will affect the entire building for the entire window (5am to 1pm). The Network may be available sporadically as the network becomes available.

The maintenance is expected to be completed by Sunday, February 25 at 1:00 PM.

Monthly Financial Reports (MFRs) for January are expected to be available on Thursday, February 8th.

PageUp : Resolved - Service Restored. (Expired 2/20/2024 12:00pm)

The problem with Page Up has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.


UFIT is implementing a resolution for the Service Issue/Outage regarding PageUp and expects service restoration to be at 9:45 AM.


PageUp is currently unavailable. PageUP is a cloud-based applicant tracking system with recruitment and onboarding modules. UFIT is working to resolve the outage and will fully investigate the issues that caused it after the service is restored.

UFIT understands that this outage is disrupting academic and administrative processes and appreciates the impact it is having on the university community. Our staff are working as quickly as possible to restore services.

The vendor that supports myIT and myRequest will perform maintenance beginning on Friday, February 16 at 10:00 PM. myIT is used by UFIT to record and track service requests and incidents. myRequest is used by Shared Services for service requests.

While outages are possible throughout the maintenance window, the vendor that supports myIT / myRequest does not expect the service to be interrupted for the entire maintenance window.

The maintenance is expected to be completed by Saturday, February 17 at 8:00 AM.

Research Computing is currently experiencing an unscheduled downtime of the Blue storage system. This storage system affects all of HiPerGator and HiPerGator-AI. We are currently working with DDN to resolve the issue, but until we get the issue resolved we will see limited usability of HiPerGator and HiPerGator-AI. UFIT is working to restore the service to normal as quickly as possible.

Campus Research Network

The Campus Research Network will be reconfigured to remove legacy hardware and add additional network capacity. There may be multiple short duration (5-10 minute) outages while the network is reconfigured. Only nodes on the campus research network/science dmz will be impacted by this work.
