The vendor that supports iPAY / Cashnet will perform maintenance beginning on Sunday, March 17 at 1:00 p.m. iPAY / Cashnet is a service that enables you to receive your monthly student account billing statements over the Web, and to submit payments online, using an electronic interface with your bank.

iPay / Cashnet will not be available during this time.

The maintenance window is expected to be completed by Sunday, March 17 at 6:00 p.m.

UF Computing Help Desk call center is currently unavailable due to a phone outage. UFIT is working to resolve the outage and will fully investigate the issues that caused it after the service is restored.

UFIT understands that this outage is disrupting academic and administrative processes and appreciates the impact it is having on the university community. Our staff are working as quickly as possible to restore services.
