Maintenance End - Saturday, August 17th at 7:00 AM

UFIT staff will perform maintenance for myIT and myRequest beginning on Friday, August 16th at 10:00 PM. myIT is used by UFIT to record and track service requests and incidents.myRequest is used by Shared Services for service requests. While outages are possible throughout the maintenance window, the myIT and myRequest vendor does not expect the service to be interrupted for the entire time. The maintenance is expected to be completed by Saturday, August 17th at 7:00 AM.

UFIT staff will perform maintenance for UFIRST beginning on Friday, August 16th at 5:30 PM. UFIRST is used as an on-line grant proposal and award tracking system.

UFIRST will be unavailable for approximately one hour starting at 5:30 PM. UFIRST is expected to be available by 6:30 PM, but users may experience degraded performance during the balance of the maintenance window. The maintenance window is expected to be completed by Friday, August 16th at 7:30 PM.

Enterprise Document Management (OnBase)
Maintenance Start - Monday, August 12th at 6:00 pm
Maintenance End - Monday, August 12th at 6:30 pm

UFIT staff will perform maintenance for Enterprise Document Management(OnBase) beginning on Monday, August 12th at 6:00 p.m.

Enterprise Document Management (OnBase) is used as a Enterprise Document Management system, which consists of methods and tools to capture, manage, store, preserve, and deliver content and documents which is UF's primary central document management repository.

During this time, all OnBase access methods, including integrations with PeopleSoft and other applications, will be briefly unavailable. Anyone logged into OnBase when the maintenance begins will be disconnected.

The maintenance window is expected to be completed by Monday, August 12th at 6:30 pm.
