myTraining will undergo maintenance beginning on Friday, January 18 at 12:00 p.m. The myTraining portal is an integrated training management system for faculty and staff at the University of Florida and UF Health Shands. This "one-stop" portal enables faculty and staff to view training schedules, register for professional and required classes, and complete online training.

The maintenance window is expected to be completed by Saturday, January 19 at 9:00 a.m.

myTraining will be unavailable during this time.

myIT and myRequest : Service Maintenance - on Friday, January 18 at 10:00 PM (Expired 1/19/2019 8:00am)

UFIT staff will perform maintenance for myIT and myRequest beginning on Friday, January 18 at 10:00 PM. myIT is used by UFIT to record and track service requests and incidents. myRequest is used by Shared Services for service requests. While outages are possible throughout the maintenance window, the myIT and myRequest vendor does not expect the service to be interrupted for the entire time. The maintenance window is expected to be completed by Saturday, January 19 at 4:00 AM.

Campus Wireless Networks : Service Issue - Resolved. (Expired 1/16/2019 1:00pm)

The problem with Campus Wireless Networks has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.


UFIT is implementing a resolution for the Service Issue/Outage regarding Campus Wireless Networks and expects service restoration to be done at 10:00 PM. Some wireless networks will unavailable for a few minutes during this work.


University community members accessing Campus Wireless Networks may experience slowness or intermittent availability. A small percentage of users on main campus are unable to connect to wireless. UFIT is working to restore the service to normal as quickly as possible.

Updates will be posted to this alert as soon as additional information becomes available.

The problem with ONE.UF has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.


The ONE.UF Self-service portal is currently unavailable. UFIT is working to resolve the outage and will fully investigate the issues that caused it after the service is restored.

UFIT understands that this outage is disrupting academic and administrative processes and appreciates the impact it is having on the university community. Our staff are working as quickly as possible to restore services.

Zoom Conferencing : Service Outage -- Resolved (Expired 1/9/2019 5:14pm)

The problem with Zoom Conferencing has been resolved. Zoom continues to monitor the service and has informed UF that the service is fully restored.


Original Message: Zoom Conferencing is experiencing slow connections and is currently unavailable. Zoom notified UF of the issue and is working to resolve the outage. Users are experiencing very slow or no connections and will not be able to start or join meetings. Updates from Zoom will be posted as more information is received and when the service is restored.
