UFIT staff working with the VoIP system vendor have identified a defect that has caused some calling issues today. UFIT staff will perform maintenance recommendation by the vendor beginning at 10:00 PM. The maintenance is expected to be completed by 10:15 PM. During this time calls in progress will be dropped, and new call attempts may need to be retried.

University community members accessing some UFL websites including www.ufl.edu and elearning are currently unreachable from some parts of the housing and eduroam networks. Users may experience slowness or intermittent availability. UFIT is currently investigating and working to restore the service to normal as quickly as possible.

The problem with Mediasite Zoom Imports has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
UFIT is continuing to investigate the Service Issue/Outage regarding Mediasite. As of 5/18/23 4:30pm, playback has been fully restored. However, imports to Mediasite from Zoom are currently disabled.
UFIT is working to restore the Zoom imports to normal operation as quickly as possible.
University community members accessing Mediasite may experience slowness or intermittent availability of Mediasite content. Mediasite produces high-quality video and content streams. This service allows viewers to see the presenter and his or her computer content simultaneously.

The certificate which is used to secure the Eduroam wireless network will be refreshed. Those users who onboarded to Eduroam through ufgetonline should not see any impact from this change.
Users who "self onboarded" may get a certificate warning and may need to accept it or go through ufgetonline to onboard.

Enterprise Analytics FIT and DSO Cubes - Service Issue: May 9th (Expired 5/9/2023 9:00pm)

Financial data that feeds the Enterprise Analytics Financial Reports and the FIT and DSO Cubes did not complete or update this morning due to delays in the nightly batch process.
The reports and cubes currently reflect the data through the close of business of May 7th.
UFIT understands this service may disrupt some academic and administrative processes and the impact it may have on the university community.
Enterprise Analytics is a collection of web-based reporting tools that provide a simple way to view, create, or download reports from university data sources.

Adobe ColdFusion - Critical vulnerability notice. (Expired 4/30/2023 5:00pm)
4/24/2023 10:12am ProblemUFIT is continuing to investigate this Issue regarding Adobe ColdFusion.
Adobe ColdFusion is an application server and a platform for building and deploying web and mobile applications. Use ColdFusion to create dynamic internet applications. ColdFusion is a rapid scripting environment for creating dynamic internet applications using ColdFusion Markup Language (CFML).
Adobe has released security updates for ColdFusion versions 2021 and 2018. These updates resolve critical and important vulnerabilities that could lead to arbitrary file read as well as unauthenticated remote code execution on unpatched systems.
This vulnerability is identified as CVE-2023-26360 and was added to the US CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities (KEV) catalog, an indicating that it has been known to be exploited in the wild. [1]
UFIT has identified recent exploitation attempts against this vulnerability on UF Adobe ColdFusion systems that are publicly accessible.
If you operate an Adobe ColdFusion server, you should address this critical vulnerability as soon as possible by following the instructions in Adobe's Security Bulletin [2] and installing the necessary patches.
