University locations using GRUCom Circuits may experience intermittent availability or connection outages. Known impacted sites include Austin Cary, TREEO and Tanglewood. UFIT has escalated with GRUCom and GRUCom technicians are continuing to work on the issue. Your service may intermittently recover/fail while the repair work is underway, however we still do not have an ETR at this time. GRUCom is working to restore the service to normal as quickly as possible.
Updates will be posted to this alert as soon as additional information becomes available.
