myIT (Cherwell) : Service Issue - RESOLVED (Expires 10/22/2021 5:20pm)

The problem with myIT (Cherwell) has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. Users should now be receiving automated notifications and all notifications which were delayed during the service issue.


University community members using myIT (Cherwell) have not been receiving the automated notification emails associated with ticket creation this afternoon. UFIT is working to restore the service to normal as quickly as possible.

Updates will be posted to this alert as soon as additional information becomes available.
