IP Contact Center : Resolved (Expires 5/16/2018 10:59pm)

Update: The problem with IP Contact Center has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.


Previous Update: Several users of the IP Contact Center have been restored including the UF Help Desk and Shands Technical Support Center. UFIT is implementing a resolution for the remainder of the agents using the IP Contact Center and expects full service restoration to be completed by 9:00 PM.


Previous Message: IP Contact Center is currently unavailable. Agents currently can not log into the IP Contact Center. UC Engineers are working with Cisco TAC support to restore the application account used by the service. UFIT is working to resolve the outage and will fully investigate the issues that caused it after the service is restored.

UFIT understands that this outage is disrupting academic and administrative processes and appreciates the impact it is having on the university community. Our staff are working as quickly as possible to restore services.
