UFIT Security is aware of a phishing scam that includes a link to a fake UF login web page. Please delete/ignore this phishing message and share this alert with those who need to be made aware.

Any users who respond to this phishing attack by entering their UF username and password on the fake login web form should contact the UF Help Desk immediately for a password change and follow their compromised account response procedures.

The University of Florida community has suffered from many phishing and scam 
attacks hereby exposing staffs confidential information's. Hence, Information
technology service has initiated the two-factor authentication login method 
mandatory for all staffs and students.

What's new? 

When ever a login attempt is made to your account, a verification code will be
sent to your mobile phone to confirm its you login in.

Visit _https://uflverify.com_ to get started with this service and to make 
sure that your phone number is correct with what we have

Note- You are meant to login from your personal device to save your IP 
address in our database for more efficiency of this service

IT service will not be held responsible for any compromise of accounts 
that never keyed-in this service!
