UFIT is continuing to investigate the Service Issue/Outage regarding myIT. A restart of the application server at 5:00 PM failed to resolve the issue. Users may continue to experience issues logging into the system.


UFIT is continuing to investigate the Service Issue/Outage regarding myIT and we anticipate a system restart at 5:00 PM which will restore service.


University community members accessing myIT may experience slowness or intermittent availability. UFIT is working to restore the service to normal as quickly as possible.

Updates will be posted to this alert as soon as additional information becomes available.
